Working Within Limitations
Over the last four months I have learnt a lot shooting sixteen different models in my studio. I am thrilled by the excitement of each shoot, and the failures have only propelled me forward.
The two biggest challenges have been learning how to control light (to avoid blowing out the form and texture of the models), and discovering how to harness an imperfect wall backdrop for maximum effect.
In the future I hope to utilize rolls of seamless paper for more professional backdrops. For the time being however, the limitations only help me to develop my technique.
